Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

éirconnect (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Irish business telecoms provider based in Dublin, Ireland. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our callback form, we collect:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your business name (if you provide it);
  • your preferred time to be called; and
  • anything you write in the message field.

We do not collect any of this automatically, only what you type in and submit.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or any tracking that follows you across other websites.

We do use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand how the site is used overall, for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular. This is measured in aggregate: it doesn’t set cookies, doesn’t identify you personally, and isn’t used to build a profile of you. Because it’s cookie-free, you won’t see a cookie banner here.

Why we use your information

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, call you back, and provide the quote or information you’ve asked for. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to deal with it and any service relationship that follows. If nothing comes of it, we delete it. You can ask us to erase your details at any time.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We work with a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, for example, to host our website and handle enquiry emails. They’re bound by contract to protect your data and act only on our instructions. We may disclose information where we’re legally required to.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to any issue.
